Duties at Services & Planning Section. D.G. Office, Pak. PWD, Islamabad:

• Scrutiny of PC-Is of schemes under Sustainable Development Goals Achievement Programme (SAP), and Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) executed through Pak. PWD, all over Pakistan.
• Data collection and compilation of Monthly Progress Reports for projects under SAP from all Zonal Offices.
• Resolution of PMDU (Prime Minister Performance Delivery Unit) complaints on PM portal through coordination with all Zonal Offices.
• Preparation of presentations on PSDP, SAP, and Deposit Works for Director General, Pak. PWD for meetings of National Assembly and Senate Standing Committees.

Duties at Central Civil Division-I, Pak. PWD, Quetta:

• Preparation of PC-Is of schemes under Sustainable Development Goals Achievement Programme (SAP), and Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) executed by CCD-I, Pak. PWD Quetta.
• Site visits, management of Measurement Books of projects under my supervision, and payments to contractors after detailed verification of work done.
• Worked on multiple PSDP projects during FY 2023-24 with budgets ranging from Rs. 181.765 Million to Rs. 1000.000 Million.

• Creating user IDs of Compliance Monitors (CMs) and Waseela-e-Taleem District Coordinators (WDCs).
• Monitoring of Enrolment activities and identification of discrepancies.
• Assignment of schools to CMs for data collection on quarterly basis.
• Preparation of quarterly reports on the basis of data analysis.
• Handling complaints of the beneficiaries regarding WeT programme.

• Seven double-storey residential buildings and a five-storey commercial plaza at Sangjani, Rawalpindi
• One-kanal residential building in Bahria Town, Islamabad
• One-kanal, seven-storey commercial plaza at Bahria Town (Bahria Marina), Islamabad

• Worked in the QA/QC team for Humqadam School Construction and Rehabilitation Program (Humqadam SCRP).
• Studied the BOQs, drawings and specifications in detail.
• Conducted site inspections to ensure that the civil works were being carried out as per the drawings and specifications.
• Prepared manuals to assist the other teams about how they can ensure the quality of civil works at the site.
